Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Customer") and Revvast Labs ("Service Provider"). By accessing or using the service, you accept these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for accurate account information and for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the service for lawful business purposes related to organizing and managing advertising campaign workflows.

4. Prohibited Use

• Do not violate laws, third-party rights, or platform terms.
• Do not upload harmful, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Do not interfere with service security, integrity, or availability.

5. User Content and Uploaded Assets

You retain rights to your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to host and process content only as needed to provide the service.

6. Third-Party Platform Integrations

The service may integrate with third-party advertising platforms. You are solely responsible for complying with the policies and terms of any advertising platforms you use through the service.

7. Billing

Billing terms, pricing, and payment schedules are described in your order form or subscription agreement.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and updates may affect access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or security risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revvast Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability will not exceed amounts paid by you for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revvast Labs from claims arising from your use of the service, uploaded content, or violations of applicable law or third-party platform policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict rules.
